1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjion ("phjion," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjion website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phjion Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjion Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The phjion Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phjion reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The phjion Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phjion makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To register an account on phjion, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details;
• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password;
• Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from gaming platforms.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on phjion. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phjion employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phjion reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, phjion operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

3.1 Required Documents

phjion may request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name);
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, where required.

3.2 Verification Timeframes

phjion will endeavor to complete KYC verification within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. phjion is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that result from incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the player.

3.3 Ongoing Monitoring

phjion reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time, including where there is a significant change in a player's account activity, where suspicious transactions are detected, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjion currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. phjion reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through the Platform.

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phjion account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
• phjion does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• phjion does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• phjion reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phjion are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. phjion is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phjion offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the Offers page, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• phjion reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive certain promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse

phjion actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and the use of automated software. Where bonus abuse is identified, phjion reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the player's account without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Availability

phjion offers a range of gaming products including online slots (such as Ocean Phoenix, Spirit Party, Monster Dice, and Jungle King), sports betting (including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other markets via the Handball section), and other casino-style games. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All slot and casino games on phjion use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. RNG certification is maintained in accordance with applicable gaming standards. phjion does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on phjion. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by phjion at any time. phjion reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific player accounts where deemed necessary.

6.4 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phjion reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phjion is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, phjion reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected transactions.

6.5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on phjion are governed by specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general game rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. phjion reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its rules in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjion Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjion staff or other players;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.

phjion reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phjion is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to review the phjion Responsible Gaming page for detailed information on available tools and support resources.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phjion account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phjion Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.2 phjion's Obligations

phjion reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where problem gambling behavior is identified, including mandatory deposit limits, forced cooling-off periods, or account suspension. These measures may be applied without prior notice where phjion determines that immediate action is necessary to protect the player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjion Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phjion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phjion Platform without the prior written consent of phjion. Unauthorized use of phjion's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phjion's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjion does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phjion is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform or from any interruption in service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjion's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phjion collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjion implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phjion cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phjion reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phjion will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phjion Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phjion informally by contacting our support team. phjion will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
